Processing Time:

Since most of our items are custom-made, they are made to order. Depending on the number of orders we receive, wait times for an item may take 2-3 weeks before shipment. Once the item is ready, it is usually shipped within 2-3 days of completion.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers, preventing any delays or issues with the production line.
